Misfeldt & Gunn Chartered Professional Accountants LTD., a Kelowna Accounting & Bookkeeping company, sought our help in establishing a website to show off their list of services. Buzz also created custom infographics to showcase their processes, helping create an intuitive process flow for their clients.
The Journey
The Background
Misfeldt & Gunn was in the middle of a rebrand, changing their name and visual identity, and wanted to create a website to match their new image. It was really important to them that the website be useful to their clients, providing answers to their questions and resources they could draw upon to limit some of the time that the Misfeldt & Gunn team was spending on administrative tasks.
The Challenge
Their team had internal diagrams to show their process flows for their bookkeeping, corporate and personal tax processes. Our graphic designer re-imagined these to match the aesthetic of the rest of the site while also using imagery evocative of the Okanagan throughout the site. The desired aesthetic was corporate but not too serious, so we used various motifs and shades of blue to get the right look.
Our Solution
To make the site even more helpful for Misfeldt & Gunn's clients, we set up a "Resources" page to help answer FAQ's, link to existing resources, and help with the more complex tax processes. The website now displays their extensive list of services in a straightforward way to help new clients learn about them and help previous clients get the information that they need easily and quickly.
