Lakeside Estates is a Lake Country development of 44 townhouses currently under construction. They approached the team at Buzz to establish a website in order to collect registrants, as well as add a promotional video to their already established library of photos.
The Journey
The Background
Lakeside Estates was in the early stages of development when they approached Buzz looking to build a website to start collecting potential purchasers' information and promote the development. While they had their logo & some photography established, they realized they were lacking video content to really draw people in.
The Challenge
With so many new developments being built in the Okanagan, it was important that their branding was clear to appeal to the right target audience. With new developments, it's also critical to collect client information early on so that you can build momentum and make sales as construction progresses to keep funding the project.
Our Solution
We created a website that makes their branding shine, with the use of bright colour throughout and playful typefaces to bring out the fun, outdoorsy elements of the area. We shot and produced a compelling video and put it front and centre on the homepage to allow potential buyers to get a feel for what life could be like at Lakeside Estates.

Special Features
Website Design
We created a multi-page site with very clear "Register Now" buttons to get potential customers to share their information. A smart use of photography, contrasting colours and overall user design make this site easy to read and use.
Promotional Video
We collaborated with the Lakeside Estates team to shoot a video showing off the natural beauty of the property, Lake Country, and the surrounding amenities. Video content helps with conversions as it's more engaging and exciting.
Google Ads
Once the site was built, we created a Google Ads campaign to create brand awareness and help funnel people to reigster their interest. Because of this, Lakeside Estates was able to begin building their client base quickly and easily!
Video Marketing
Our talented videography team shot and edited this promotional video using drones. It shows off the beautiful property and general area so that potential home buyers can have an idea of what the neighborhood and views are like. We're proud to be a part of this strong promotional campaign.
