The Sanctuary, a luxury Botox and injectibles clinic based out of Vernon, BC enlisted us to help build their website. Offering both medical and aesthetic botox, they wanted to highlight their peaceful office setting, exceptional and caring service and medical background of the injectors.
The Journey
The Background
The Sanctuary was still building out their office space when they inquired with us about building a website. They wanted to be ready to promote their services and start booking clients. It was important to them that the site felt modern and warm, and that the copy showed off their professionalism.
The Challenge
Because the space wasn't built yet, we had to get creative with our use of stock photography. We didn't want to show too many needles, and find pictures that felt down to earth and natural to match the values of the owners. Using minimal colour in a way that didn't feel sterile, but was still clean was important too.
Our Solution
We brought the owners in for a headshot session at our studio in Kelowna, and used their photos to help personalize the site. They're a doctor/nurse practitioner team, so their medical experience lends credibility to the patient experience. We used motifs that felt elegant but kept the lines and colours clean to natch what the client wanted.

Special Features
Website Design
Minimal design doesn't have to be boring! Despite the clients' desire for a minimal colour scheme, the use of engaging stock video and photography, and eye-catching motifs make this site a stunner. The CTAs, footer and menu are all simple, easy to understand and quite clear.
Creative Copywriting
It was really important to the ownership team that the copy reflected their vision for the Sanctuary, and that it was differentiated from other Botox clinics. Their medical background was a primary focus, as well as the serenity of the space to show how relaxing treatments can be.
Professional Headshots
Danika and Jordan came to our Kelowna photo studio very prepared, with outfit changes and a clear idea of the poses and style of images they were after. This resulted in some outstanding pictures for their site that show off their professionalism.
