OK Clinical Therapy Group is a counselling team operating throughout British Columbia. They offer both in-person and virtual appointments, specializing in a variety of counselling methodologies, and offering workshops to support their local communities.
The Journey
The Background
Buzz had built OK Clinical's old website in 2014, and based on enormous business growth, they decided it was time for a refresh. They wanted to have location-specific pages to highlight the therapists and services offered in each city, and improve their SEO.
The Challenge
The OK Clinical team wanted to create an excellent user experience for clients in every location, showing them therapists close to them and using the therapy techniques they were interested in. This involved some tricky technical sorting and display work on our backend.
Our Solution
Our team worked hard to build out unique content on this expansive site, while making sure the sorting and display was functional in every location. Additional features, like the "Best Fit Counsellor" form and chatbot make sure that potential clients will find a counsellor that will work well with them.

As their practice has grown, we've been able to expand the ads into different markets, and present an array of touchpoint opportunities, like submitting a contact form and chatbot conversations.

While the other two statistics indicate the ads' reach, our great success in completed bookings is the true feather in the cap of our ads campaigns. This demonstrates results in business revenue generated!
