Royal Premier Homes is a real estate development company in London, Ontario. We worked with them on Nova, their newest stacked townhome development, to create an A-Z marketing push.
The Journey
The Background
We've been lucky to collaborate with Royal Premier Homes on multiple projects, and they enlisted our help on their new London, Ontario stacked townhome development. We assisted on their branding from top to bottom, creating promotional materials, the website, and an ads campaign to drive new registrations.
The Challenge
We helped with this project from the very beginning (including naming!) to create a unique brand identity in a competitive rental market. We evolved with site changes and ensured all marketing materials were up to date and ready to go on changing construction timelines. This meant staying organized and in open communication with the RPH team.
Our Solution
We used some of the strategies and opportunities that had worked well on our previous projects with RPH to inform our decisions for Nova. We crafted branding and marketing materials to suit a mix of students and young professionals. Alongside some excellent initiatives offered by RPH, we expect Nova to be fully rented ASAP!

Printed AND Digital Material Creation
We worked with the Nova team on a comprehensive branding package, including a full brand board, sales flags, a brochure, ammenities map, swag, and more. We delivered professional and promopt design, ensuring consistent branding across many mediums.
Evolving Website Changes
The Nova team wanted to put up a billboard while the project was under construction to begin attracting interest, so we created a landing page to allow their sales funnel to form. As we got closer to the site being ready, we created a full website, adding photos and renderings that matched the evolving construction process.
Ads Campaign
At the time of writing this case study, our team is preparing an ads campaign for Nova to align with their newly opened sales suite. We will be running video ads to show off the beautiful space, and let viewers get a real picture of what their home could be like at Nova!
