Full Charge Cycles is an Okanagan-based chain of stores selling e bikes, e scooters, and everything e transportation. They had an existing website but wanted to add an e commerce aspect to sell online to a broader audience.

The Background
Full Charge Cycles had worked with us in the past on some branding and graphic design work. When they wanted to expand their business online, they thought of us to help set up e commerce functionality, while also completely updating and modernizing their website branding.
The Challenge
It was a learning curve for both their team and ours as we worked to get their Lightspeed POS system to align and integrate with our e commerce functionality. We set up multiple trainings to help their team learn how to create product pages and ensure that products were syncing correctly to the site.
Our Solution
We designed an eye-catching site, set up for shipping across multiple provinces. The Full Charge team wanted to be able to manage certain elements of the site on their own, so we created walk-through tutorials and provided additional training. Now they can update their online store as new inventory comes in.
