Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry is a child-focused dental clinic based out of Vernon and owned by Dr. Jennifer Coutu. This was an entirely new website build that Dr, Coutu wanted to create to showcase their many specialty services.
The Journey
The Background
The clinic didn't have an existing website or photography to pull from so everything was started from scratch! Dr. Coutu wanted a thorough but warm description of her services to help parents feel at ease. She also requested the forms they use in office to be recreated on the site so that patients have the opportunity to fill them in and be prepared prior to their appointment time.
The Challenge
Dr. Coutu had a very specific idea of the type of branding, photography, and copy that she wanted on the site. We collaborated with her in multiple meetings to help refine the site and have it be reflective of her and her team. We had to find the balance between technical dental language and specialities, and kid-friendly and approachable phrasing.
The Solution
Our team used illustrations to help create straightforward site navigation and highlight key messaging, while making sure that the imagery reflected children of all ages. The multiple service pages have enough copy to give parents a good idea of what to expect in office, while keeping things general enough that they don't feel overwhelmed.
