The Nishka Riley Mortgage Team is a mortgage broker based out of North Vancouver. They wanted a new site to replace their longstanding one, and had plenty of ideas to improve the content and add some helpful tools for their clientele.
The Journey
The Background
The Nishka Riley team came to us looking to create a fresh, new site to replace their dated one. They wanted to do a deeper dive into their many services, and have copy written that reflected the current housing situation that people are facing today. They also wanted to add on some calculator functionality to improve their clients' user experience.
The Challenge
We had to ensure that the SEO on the site was built carefully, as the Vancouver mortgage broker market is quite competitive. This meant picking keywords that we thought the team would rank well for, and ensuring there was enough helpful content on every page for Google to promote the page rankings. It also meant building a site with multiple pages to allow for more keywords.
The Solution
Our team worked closely with the Nishka Riley team to ensure that every element of the site was SEO-informed and helpful for their clients. Their branding was very important to them, and lots of feedback from the NR team meant that the end product was a true refelection of their business, values, and offerings. We also set them up with blog functionality so that their team can keep creating relevant content.

The website has an entire section dedicated to mortgage calculators, allowing potential clients to play around with the figures and see what they can afford. This interactive element provides a great jumping off point for clients to reach out to the Nishka team and confirm their expected costs or investigate alternative options for securing their mortgage.
Blog Functionality
The Nishka Riley team had done a great job of consistenly blogging, with posts going all the way back to 2016! To ensure that any well-ranking pages weren't deleted, we ported over their existing blogs and made sure they knew how to create new ones so that they can keep delivering important updates and news to their clients.
SEO-Informed Copy
Not only are the blogs an excellent way to continually post relevant content, but the main pages of your site should have proper SEO structure to help them rank on Google.
