Ovation Dental is a dental clinic operating out of New Westminster, BC. With specialized sedation offerings, and a modern, luxurious office setting, they wanted to establish their opening branding in a strong and resonant way.


The Journey
The Background
Ovation was founded by two dentists with a passion for cosmetic dentistry. With a wealth of experience, they saw the opportunity to offer specialized services, including IV sedation, while creating an office space that felt serene, calming, and high end. They are looking to make the dentist's office somewhere their patients are excited to visit.
The Challenge
With all of the services they intend on offering, the Ovation team needed a substantial website, which means lots of design, copywriting and photography selection. As the clinic was still under construction at the time of building the site, we also distilled the key messaging down to a landing page to help the dentist team collect new patient registrations.
The Solution
We created a site structure that highlights their many areas of expertise while differentiating their various services. The website also manages to reinforce the calm elegant vibe of their clinic space. We used the office renderings creatively to ensure that the branding was coherent between the site and the actual patient experience that Ovation will be providing.

Statistics Report

SEO Strategy
The dental team had good foresight and purchased our SEO services before the site was even built. While we build every website with SEO-informed copy, an ongoing strategy helps to ensure content is competitive and provide additional information in the form of blogs. In the last three months we've working on their SEO, the site has seen a 181% increase in organic traffic.

Dedicated Facebook Funnel
To help get new patient appointments booked, the team at Ovation wanted to set up a dedicated landing page focusing on new patient exams and hygiene appointments. We built out this page for them and set up Facebook ads to help drive new appointments with outstanding results. As a result, they've had over 159 form submissions/booking requests in the few weeks they've had the funnel live.

Google Ads
We've simultaneously been running Google ads, with general awareness campaigns and campaigns dedicated to brinigng in new patients. We've seen excellent success, with 7 contact form submissions, 37 new patient form submissions, and 19 phone calls. We love bringing business in the door for our clients!
