Valleywide Custom Builders is a custom home builder and home renovations contractor based out of Kelowna, BC. They were looking for a strong marketing partner to help build their brand identity and attract more business.

The Background
Valleywide Custom Builders, originally OKV WoodWerx Contracting, is a talented home building and renovations expert team serving the Okanagan. While transitioning the business, the owner needed help with a logo, a website and some ads to increase brand awareness.
The Challenge
It can be challenging to take an existing brand to the next level, aligning the foundations of the original branding with a vision for the future. Our team worked collaboratively with Shawn, the owner, to really understand how his business was changing and how he wanted to evolve.

We set Shawn up with a new logo and website that his target audience would find appealing. It discusses his extensive experience, wide range of services, and passion for serving local clients. He recently signed on to our SEO services to help an even greater audience find his services.

In the time that we've been running ads for Valleywide Custom Builders, he's received over 150 conversions, in the form of form submissions, phone calls and emails. Since construction jobs are high in value, we estimate that this could represent upwards of $1 million in revenue.
Marketing Automation
We wrote and designed a PDF guide on Secondary Suite Regulations in the Okanagan to use as a lead magnet. We set this up on the site, with the user needing to submit their contact information to receive the guide so that Shawn has the opportunity to follow up on some warm leads! This also helps show off Shawn's expertise and helpfulness by giving website users a useful tool while highlighting where they might need his services.
SEO Improvements
To kick off Shawn's SEO services, we added more content and keywords to his existing base pages to ensure that they're ranking well on Google. We used data to see how they were performing and how we could add to the pages in a helpful and precise way. Then we started to build out individual service pages so we could increase his likelihood of being found for keywords related to those services.
