West Harbour Kelowna came to us in 2019 with hopes of increasing their market reach. Despite their attractive offerings, potential buyers were concerned about investing in property on First Nations land, fearing it wouldn't appreciate as quickly as other properties. With a large inventory to move, West Harbour needed a robust marketing strategy to attract potential buyers, particularly from out-of-town markets.
